Create a storage bucket in Google Cloud Storage

Create a Google Cloud project and a bucket to archive your data.

1. Click on your domain name to open the project picker.

2. Click on New project

3. Click on Create

4. Select the project you just created

6. Select Cloud Storage > Buckets

8. Type your bucket name

9. Click on Continue

10. Select Region

You can choose to store your data in a single region, dual-region, or multi-region. Using dual- or multi-region means your data is stored in multiple locations, so if one region is temporarily down, you can still access your data.

12. Select Archive

Or another option that suits your needs best.
